Democrats do not have a consensus on housing. Should we build more, particularly in the Bay Area? Should we pass rent stabilization and better tenant protections? These are emotional and complicated questions, but there is much middle ground to be had! Let's find it.

Join Nicole Fernandez (chair of the SMC Democrats), Adrian Fine (Palo Alto citycouncilmember), Leora Tanjuatco Ross (president of the Peninsula Democratic Coalition), and Don Weden (former Santa Clara County planner) in a discussion about housing and the Democratic party.

Light refreshments will be provided.

$15 for members/ $20 for non-members

Editor's Note: This forum is in Palo Alto, accessible via VTA's 35 bus line from Palo Alto Transit Center or downtown Mountain View. Housing near public transit and jobs helps relieve traffic gridlock.
