Come learn about the Link21 program for a 2nd transbay rail crossing between San Francisco and the East Bay, connecting urban and intercity rail throughout the Northern California Megaregion, as envisioned by the California State Rail Plan.

This is a workshop format where we can ask questions and make comments about a range of topics:  how the project will weight BART vs standard gauge rail, connectivity to the Downtown Extension connecting Caltrain and High Speed Rail, how they will handle megaproject cost control, governance and decision-making, land use and housing, impacts and benefits for equity priority communities along the route? Bring your questions and thoughts.
