This event is a workshop for supporters of transit, active transportation, who are interested in the details of creating great connections and urban places.

There is a plan in the works to upgrade Diridon Station to support connecting BART with Caltrain and other local, regional, and long-distance transit.  We'll have maps and diagrams, and project staff will be on hand to answer questions.

Options for Diridon upgrades wildly in terms of the quality of transit, walking and bicycling connections which will shape ridership for a century to come.  The project team is gathering feedback in June, so now is a great time dive into the details and make informed comments.

Many VTA bus lines and light rail stop at or near San Jose City Hall, where the workshop will be held.  Here is a list of these bus and light rail lines.
